blank and no welding is necessary.
This gives the bell a nice, full, loud ring. Take a close look at the above picture. You should see
the "wrinkling" effect on the metal. This is a result of the deep draw form. The metal is stretched
so much that it's difficult to keep an unwrinkled surface.
